Project Natural Circulation was initiated by the group of independent curators: Tatiana Kiryanova, Katerina Sokolovskaya, Natalia Tikhonova with support of NCCA in St. Petersburg.

Natural Circulation is a long term project based on a series of live meetings and online activities, the aim of which is to become a place of a free dialogue between the art community representatives of different ages and disciplines, without regulations and outside the institutional approach for the exchange of experience and opinions.

Meetings are builded around the topical idea of creating a Handbook for artists and curators. Published in the electronic form it contains instructions, helpful materials and links for infrastructure processes, opportunities, documents, artists and curators most often referred to, and materials and opinions on philosophical and ethical issues of community concerns.
